We guide our clients through every aspect of Armenian antitrust law relating to mergers, acquisitions and other transactions and actions that can be qualified as concentration or abuse of dominant position under the Armenian law; we advise them on how to minimize antitrust risks and avoid litigations.

We help our clients to prepare and submit declarations on concentration; represent them at the RA State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition.

We also represent our clients in antitrust and competition litigations; assist them in defending their business against acts of unfair competition and anti-competitive behaviour.
