Securities Regulation

We represent and assist our clients (issuers, investors, qualified investors, professional participants of securities market etc.) in all aspects of securities transactions.

We provide legal advice and support to issuers during the listing and trading of their securities, assist our clients (issuers, securities holders, nominees, buyers, sellers, pledgors and pledgees) in opening securities accounts and operational accounts at the account operators, submitting securities transfer orders, pledge instructions etc. We represent them in their relationships with the Operator of securities market, Central Depository of Armenia and securities account operators, as well as advise on disclosure obligations and other compliance matters under the Armenian law "On Securities Market", other relevant laws and stock exchange regulations.

We represent the professional participants of securities market in their dealings with the Central Bank of Armenia.
